Rebuild Counselling is a new company, founded in 2022 by Pamela Varas which offers online counselling that provides a safe and secure space for individuals to explore and work through their struggles.

I am a registered Therapist, and I receives referrals for individuals on various issues such as stress and anxiety, depression and general counselling.
