Fees and pricing

Sessions must be paid 24 hours before your appointment. Payments are made via bank transfer.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

Rebates

Rebuild Counselling is registered with Bupa, and Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG) private health funds. You may be eligible for rebates from the following health funds:

  • Police Health Fund

  • Emergency Services Health

  • Phoenix Health

  • St Lukes Health

  • CUA Health (Telehealth only)

  • GMHBA

  • Teachers Union Health

  • AIA

  • Westfund

Important notes

  • You must have ancillary (extras) cover for rebates.

  • Some health funds may require a medical referral.

  • Rebates vary depending on your cover. Please contact your health fund to check eligibility and rebate amounts.
