Fees and pricing
Each session is payable on 24 hours prior to the day of the session. Payments are made via bank transfer.
Cancellations

Please give 24 hours notification if you need to cancel your session. Cancellations which do not receive a 24 hour notification will incur 100% cost of session.

Rebates
Rebuild Counselling has registered with Bupa, and Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG) private health fund. The health funds that are eligible for clients to claim rebates from include: Police Health Fund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix Health, St Lukes Health, CUA Health (Teleheath only), GMHBA, Teachers Union Health, AIA and Westfund.

Some health funds also require a medical referral. Rebates vary based on your level of cover.

It is advisable to contact your health fund to see if you are eligible for a rebate and to obtain the most current rebate entitlements.
